Case Studies

The case studies here are walkthroughs of projects that I led as a learning strategist or instructional designer. In some cases, I was also a subject matter expert or facilitator. Each case outlines:

  • the context
  • the problem that had to be solved
  • the challenges encountered
  • the approach/process
  • lessons learned

I have no intention of presenting work that appears flawless. Let’s face it—projects never unfold under perfect circumstances. The case studies candidly illustrate both successes and failures, and what I learned from the failures.
